Client description
Our client is a Chicago based online store determined to introduce Romanian music to the American market. It targets a growing Romanian community in USA, while also trying to expand its reach to other audiences throughout the United States.
The challenge:
Along with the requirements for usability and a stylish design, the romsky.com project presented us with more challenges, such as: the development of the back-end system for a fully enabled e-commerce web site, the planning and implementation of an automated, fast and flawless international order processing system and the shaping of an effective marketing strategy for the site.
Our solution:
We developed a customized e-commerce module based on a robust OS architecture with dynamic web page generation that enables effortless future expansions. We designed a good-looking, yet reliable web store with intuitive menus and seamless navigation, that delivers a great shopping experience to its potential customers. The site has a complex online administrative system that enables our client to painlessly update the website content, manage inventories, track orders and run promotions. We have also developed the promotional platform for this new web store. We effectively delivered a complete e-commerce solution through intense research and careful planning that uniquely positioned Romsky to sell its niche market products.
